The LGC Junior section had a great morning out at Virtually Golf in Lincoln last weekend.

With the weather being so bad, it was nice for them to have a warm, dry whack around Augusta National.

We had a strong turnout of 14 juniors who all had a brilliant time.

If you’re looking for something new for your kids to get into, we run a friendly junior section that is always looking for new recruits.

The last 2 days saw Louth Golf Clubs Junior section end of year presentation and Festive competition.

We had some great trophies and prizes awarded to our juniors along with brand new team shirts for the 2025 season.

The competition was won by Izzy, Freya and Layla.

Our junior section keeps going from strength to strength and a big thankyou goes to all the organisers, coaches, helpers, parents and kids that make all so successful.

And he’s off. Incoming Senior Captain Graham Stark hit his first tee shot as Captain this morning in his Drive - In. We wish Graham and his Vice Captain Chris Barber the very best of luck for the upcoming season.

Today we are continuing our slit tine aeration programme on the greens. Relieving the compaction in the rootzone which in turn allows greater water and air penetration which in turn helps any fertiliser/nutrients to get into the rootzone. All these benifits will help to improve the surface quality of our greens.

And he’s off. Club Captain Andy Craven has taken his first shot as Captain 2023 with a cracking drive staright down the middle.

Our membership categories are suitable for everyone whether you play everyday or just a couple of times a month. If you have a competitive streak we have competitions most weekends and also during the week. If social golf is more your thing you can book tee times either through the website or the app or by calling the pro shop direct.
