Twinkle Twinkle Little Party Based in Lowestoft We area small local business that specialises in Children's Themed Inclusive Parties and Balloons and Character Visits And Mascots.

We have a magical selection of Characters for both boys and girls. We have 2 party venues, 1 which exclusively for girls and our all New Colourful Venue over in Oulton Broad for both boys and girls. This is a much bigger venue and can hold more guests. We have adapted everything we do to allow for Covid-19 Government Guidelines and have adapted the business to ensure everyone safety is our highest

priority. Our Oulton Broad Venue can hold 20 children and a max of 4 adult guest. Due to Covid this is halved to 10 children max and 2 adults max. With Covids newest restrictions that come into force on the 14th September 2020 we have had to make further changes to the way we can operate. More information can be requested. We are looking at it as these changed are going to be in place until 2021. With that in mind everything we have planned is being adapted to allow these changes.
