Couldn’t resist not sharing this. Over the past 4 weeks, Rupert & I have prepared a home reared pig. We have turned the dear sow into an abundance of amazing produce, which has been such a wholesome & enjoyable experience, especially knowing how well she was cared for (and fed)! First to hit is the bacon, we have a very small amount which we will release for sale, so if you’d like to have a very special bacon & hollandaise on Christmas morning, give us a shout!!
