After being let down by another company, who even after remaking my flowers, still didn’t get the bouquet right, I was panicking with less than 2 weeks to go before my wedding. I contacted Petals Polly and they were reassuring they’d be able to get a bridal bouquet to me in time. Every time I contacted them they responded very quickly. Fantastic customer service and the bouquet was dispatched and delivered in very good time before my wedding day. When I opened the box I was amazed by how beautiful and well made they were. I put my wedding dress on to see the bouquet with it and you know that feeling you get when you know the dress is the one and get emotional, well I had it all over again with my bouquet. I’m forever grateful for all they did and truly can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this company 🖤🖤🖤
