Absolutely loving the flowers our gorgeous bride chose to dress her marquee with. 💐💖When I popped in the day before to do our final checks, The love, warmth and joy that filled the marquee was quite overwhelming. The bride along with her family and close friends were busy flower arranging, dressing tables and making everywhere look beautiful💖 The sound of the chatter and laughter and a million different conversations all about the following day was so touching 💖 there is just something so so special about your wedding day and the preparations beforehand, just knowing that every single person is there just for you 💖

Well it’s been a crazily busy start to the wedding season, with much concern about the weather, loads and loads more washing of muddy equipment week on week to ensure it’s perfect for our next couple 💖💙 but when our beautiful bride sends you this….. it absolutely melts my heart and reminds me exactly why I love my job so so much. Im looking for someone who loves working within a small team, has a natural flair for sales and has a can do attitude. Basic computer skills are essential but full training in all aspects of the role will be given.

Your major role at Covertec Structures based in Lutterworth, will be hiring out our marquees for weddings and corporate events. You'll be responsible for the whole process from quoting through to the final event. This will include designing lay out plans, organising furniture requirements, colour schemes etc. During the winter you’ll also be involved in the sales of agricultural windbreaks and trailer sheets and other administrative tasks

You’ll liaise with clients and suppliers, make sure all systems are followed to ensure the event is a fantastic success and the customers are delighted. The successful candidate must have excellent computer skills, a confident cheerful telephone manner, a “can do” attitude, be highly organised and pay great attention to detail although attitude is more important than experience.

This is a part time position.

For most Covid is a thing of the past! A distant memory! For us it’s been a different story💔I Absolutely loved working on this couple’s special day 💖💙 They stuck with us throughout covid. Constantly having to change their dates and jump through hoops. In the end they opted to move to this year. Finally it was their turn and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Thank you for always being so positive 💖 we truly appreciated it and hope you had the BEST DAY EVER 💞💞💞 I’m so proud of our little team🥰 They work so so hard and always deliver the most amazing results 💙💖💙💖

Remember who you are and choose a wedding style that suits you - if you're comfortable with formality and formal is what you're looking for that's fine but don't be pressured into opting for a style that just doesn't reflect you. This goes for choosing your suppliers too!

When my husband and I bought our very first house together, we had a clear idea of the area we wanted to live in and our budget. A good starting point but we also made a list of Yes and No's - number of bedrooms, dining kitchen, good transport links into the city, etc. Approach your wedding planning in the same way. If you want to get married and have your reception in the same venue, want accommodation on site for your guests or just for your wedding party, or don't want to have guests staying at the venue....set all of these requirements out on your list of Must Haves / Don't Wants.
