Bang Bang Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Skewers:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your broiler.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper to taste.
Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Bang Bang Sauce until well combined.
Reserve half of the Bang Bang Sauce for serving and set aside.
Brush the remaining Bang Bang Sauce generously over the chicken skewers, coating them evenly.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks, or broil them in the oven for about 6-8 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Once the chicken skewers are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter.
Drizzle the reserved Bang Bang Sauce over the cooked chicken skewers.
Optional: Garnish the Bang Bang Chicken Skewers with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
Serve hot and enjoy the deliciousness of these flavorful and spicy chicken skewers!
