🌿💔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 & 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵💔🌿

On 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, our community will join hands and hearts in saying farewell to Bet Wilde, a much-loved community member. In her honour, the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Cliff Top Cafe, and other local businesses will open later or remain closed for this day.

Bet's love for our area and her dedication to sharing its wonders with everyone was a testament to her wonderful spirit. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Bet at the Exmoor Park Centre, at the Lynmouth Pavilion, you would have been blessed by her unlimited passion and kindness.

Your patience and understanding as we celebrate her life are greatly appreciated.

If you plan to visit a particular venue, please check their respective social media pages, and websites, or call them to check if they are open the day.

On behalf of our community and businesses, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your compassion during this time of remembrance.

So winter wanted one last vist.... even the Daffodils look confused 😂

We have been out on our schools and all roads are in good condition with rain now falling couple big puddles in the usual places at woodybay and on the parracombe bypass.

Evening all just to let you know Gary and Teresa are jetting off on there holidays next week. Meaning things will be left in the hands of Glen and Kristian for a couple weeks, meaning we will only have 1 or 2 cars available as we try too give as much availability across the day as possible however there will be times of limited or no availability, but will try to run as close to normal service as possible many thanks.

It's that time of the year again!

200 Club tickets are available now.

Just £5 gets you a ticket for entry in all of the 6 x monthly draws with prizes of £50, £30, £15 and £5, with December's Christmas draw having a 1st prize of £100 instead of £50.

Our usual 'stockists' of Ginger Nut and Lyn Candles Showroom & Studio (both in Lynton) have agreed to have tickets to sell again (for which we are extremely grateful), so pop in there if it's convenient and maybe buy a few bits from them too!

Cash only for tickets in these shops please.

If you can't get to one of the shops but would like a ticket/s, send us a message and we will sort it out.

We know times are a bit tougher at the moment but a potential little win could cheer you up a bit!

Just to let you all know that NDDC have raised the taxi tariffs and our meters have now been changed to the new rates, with the increased cost in fuel, we have had no choice but to charge meter prices for local work.

We know this isn’t ideal for some but, we appreciate your custom and continued support.

Below is the new tariff chart which will also be available to view in the cars.

Been busy couple of weeks with airport work,
