Sunday afternoon after a weekend of partying and a good old shop at Treacle Market and you need something to sit back with a gin to……
Come on down to The Snow Goose for an early evening of some absolutely amazing spoken word with Jade Lantern part of the Red Lantern Records group.

It's a first for Macclesfield and really should not be missed. It's going to be beautiful and you want to be able to say 'I was there' ! No kidding!

Di is fine!!!!!! And so is G&T Macclesfield ❤️

Hi guys quite a long post (apologies!) as we have had a lot of rumours flying around to do with myself and G&T Macclesfield . There was a piece in Macclesfield Nub News a couple of weeks ago and due to this I feel there are some things I need to clarify ! At the present moment G&T is up for sale due to myself having a recent knee operation and waiting on a major back operation at some point this year . The bar is still running as normal until the point of sale and to quash the rumours I am not seriously Ill I just need to look at another business that is less taxing for me ! Again we appreciate all of our customers through almost 6 years and will keep you up to date with any developments but for now we still need your continued support and custom as we are still trading as normal! Hope to see some of you this weekend and we love you all ! 😘 Di and the G&T team xx

Artist spotlight for the 1261 After Party....
The Far North (Red Lantern Records) will be playing at proper sound alongside Emily Lockett and Ben Ottewell from Gomez

The Far North formed in 2019 as a solo project for Lee Wylding (Vocals/Guitars), Lee was previously the vocalist and songwriter in the UK Americana band The Fireflys. He has previously performed at 2 Party in the Pews festivals and been an audience favourite.
Lee’s ethos is “To go back to a traditional way of crafting songs, where every lyric is wrought out, every drum beat and guitar line is played from the heart. In turn making the songs meaningful and of value."

I have a physical ticket or a receipt from Cinemac Cinema Wheres my wrist band?? Just turn up to any venue show your ticket or receipt and we will wrist band you up! Look at those beauts! You'll look well sexy in one of those!
Is it really £5 for everything? Yep absolutely all of it thanks to Levelling up funding and Macclesfield Town Council.
What if a venue is full? We aren't over selling tickets to avoid this having said that Ben Ottewell at proper sound will be busy! Its Gomez in shop FFS! Thats wild!!!! So if you have a must see act get there early as the supports The Far North & Emily Lockett will be awesome too. Buy a cocktail and enjoy our life.
Can I get guest list or a photo pass? Dude it's 5 quid buy a ticket
Can I play? We are full to brim but we will be putting more events on?
Can my kid come to The Cave Nightclub - Macclesfield to watch The Dopes?? Of course not are you nuts? Plus they have a rap about nut sacks..... Under 18s can't come to The Cave or Mash Guru but they can come to everything else.
Do kids a wrist band? Yes kids are people too and they are such nice wrist bands your kids will want one.
