URGENT UPDATE Unfortunately, due to yellow weather warnings, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow's Treacle Market. We've exhausted all possibilities of varying options to continue, but ultimately, it cannot be done. Safety is our top priority and together with ANSA who put up the stalls, we decided we just cannot continue with the weather warnings in place.
Please continue to support local businesses in town as they also take the hit of a cancellation, and share some love with our wonderful traders.

Love live music and events? Want experience in running events and live music stages? Or maybe you just want to help put on amazing events in Macc!
We need volunteers! Macclesfield in May is going to be attended by more people than any previous festivals the team has ran and we need lots of volunteers to make it run smoothly. You don't need any experience we will should you what to do.
Theres stewards, social media support, tech and stage support roles and looking after artists and accreditation.
Come join our lovely team and make Macc amazing new May. Message the page if you're interested.

Right folks the Kickstarter was a massive success so its on with the planning!

We have just 3 days to go to make out fund raising target of 2k other wise we get nothing.
Just think how much you would pay for a gig and pledge what you can.
Live music isn't free to put in, there band fees, licenses, road closures, security, Light and sound equipment and sound engineers. But we are trying to create a new festival for Macclesfield thats free to attend!

We want to give you 2 full days of music and films from 12pm - 10pm with mega bands getting you dancing in the square. The whole thing will be free to attend but the more funding we get the better than we can book.

Space4autism need our help!
So we’re teaming up with RedWillow Macclesfield to do a sponsors pub crawl Saturday December 7 to help them carry on the important work they do in the community. The place is a life line for so many local families.
Donate a minimum of £10 and you get a Santa outfit to do the bar crawl on

SPACE4AUTISM needs your help to raise £100k to keep our Space Ship Flying. Space4Autism was initially set up by a small group of parents in 2005 to offer advice and support to each other. We now support over 8500 autistic children/young people, adults and their families from our autism hub in Chesh...
