We’re back on Saturday and Sunday with our Art In The Windows exhibit!

Come along and check out some excellent art & photography produced by local people, schools, and groups.

On the 6th, we’ll also have children’s crafts, where they’ll have a chance to create their own art to be displayed!

Displays are being set up for the start of our 250th Anniversary summer art shows. Starting on Saturday 28th June for" Art in the Windows", then followed by " Fore Mothers" exhibition running through August.

Christ Church is open tonight, 6pm to 8pm. Do not expect a peaceful tidy place, we are in full on chaos mode, cleaning, book sorting, proving it gets worse before it gets better.

The redecoration of the Cliff room is nearing completion, thanks to Simon's hard work, and the generous donations of visitors.

Christ Church Macclesfield is holding an Art and Craft exhibition beginning Sunday 28th June . The Mayor of Macclesfield ran an Art Challenge for local secondary schools, and these pieces will also be on display. Full opening times will be posted soon.

Christ Church is open for Treacle Market on Sunday 11 till 3pm, for Heritage, books and of course a cup of tea. The books will then be packed away for a couple of weeks, as the deep clean of the walls is continued.

Come along to local historian and author, Dorothy Bentley Smith’s, fascinating talk on Charles Roe’s influence on Macclesfield.

Tickets can be bought for £5 each on the door. The talk will be on from 2 - 3pm, and the church will be open from 1 - 4pm.
