We’re soo excited to announce that we’ll be popping up for a tapas/paella takeover on Saturday 27th April at cafe & restaurant. A stunning 15th century building in the heart of the picturesque town of Oswestry, Shropshire. We’ll be offering a selection of our favourite tapas dishes and paellas.

It’s Friday and it’s a big NO to dry January! The perfect Margarita! 💚

Recipe :
Fill shaker with ice and add
50ml Patron tequila
50ml Cointreau
25ml lime juice
Dash of agave nectar
Shake and strain into salt rimmed glasses

Meat sharer - Basque Chistorra sausage, Catalan bottifara sausage, chicken liver & Torres brandy paté, Iberico & Serrano meats, sea salt, rosemary potatoes & sourdough bread & oils

Fish sharer - Boquerones, smoked mackerel paté, gambas pil pil lettuce tacos, puntillitas, sea salt rosemary potatoes, sourdough bread & oils

It’s not traditional to include Chorizo in Paella in Spain but we Brit’s love it!!
We use only the best Chorizo from the La Rioja region, by a producer with over 100 years of experience. It really doesn’t get any better 🥘

Hola! Hope everyone’s had a wonderful Christmas! We now can’t wait to start 2024 and we’ve got some exciting news. After our amazing trip to the beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico in the summer, sampling some of the best authentic food around, we’ve decided to add a selection of Mexican favourites to our catering menu.
