Leah commissioned a gorgeous flower crown that echoed the ombré effect of her wedding dress using a mixture of white, grey and charcoal flowers.

It was such a pleasure to create pieces for Leah’s mum, mother in law and niece also, all individually tailored to match their outfits.

Months of planning and making my new dried and preserved flower collection for 2025/2026 weddings all led up to yesterday’s photoshoot capturing all the designs with my dream team of crazy talented wedding pros, I can’t wait to show you all what we got up to!

For now here’s a throw back to last years shoot where the weather was kinder to us and it looked like we were in Morocco (reality - we were in a freezing Manchester studio in the middle of January 😂)

It’s that funny in between Christmas and new year period of time where your not sure what day it is and your meals consist of chocolate and cheese…

But If you’re getting married next year, I’m here with some practical tips to get you ahead of planning your dream wedding day in 2025!

✨ Use this down time to get ahead of Wed-min and reach out to those vendors you’ve had your eye on, most will only require a deposit to secure your date so you don’t risk missing out working with your dream suppliers.

✨ Prioritise what’s important to you as a couple, make a list of your ‘must haves’ and look at what’s left in your budget for those extra special touches.

✨ Check in with your bridal boutique, hair stylist and MUA to get booked in for your fittings / trials.

✨ The Christmas break is the perfect time to sit and plan out your final guest list or seating arrangements.

✨ This time of year is the most popular for people booking holidays, make sure you get your save the dates/ invites out so your guests can plan any get-aways around attending your big day.

✨ Finalise your colour palette this will help inform your choices when planning your stationary, florals, cake etc.
