Ten years ago, we lost a remarkable talent who brought laughter and joy to millions.

Rob Burrow was an absolute legend on and off the pitch and we are deeply saddened to hear about his passing.

Rob was an incredible Rugby star and a true inspiration to many through his courage and resilience. His legacy will continue to inspire the rugby community and all those whose hearts he touched through his dedication to raising awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) after being diagnosed with it himself four years ago.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his remarkable spirit.

Rest in peace, Rob. You will be greatly missed.

We will be watching the BBC special on Rob Burrow tomorrow and know we will learn so much from it. It will be an emotional ride, but often sadness brings greatness, and who knows what insights and inspiration. we will gain from it.
