Introducing our first chef of the week - Vidya from Mumbai Tadka.

Based in Maidenhead, chef Vidya specialises in Bombay (or Mumbai) street food and traditional Maharashtrian dishes, which are hard to find outside the Konkan region in India.

Starting off cooking for her friends and family, she built up confidence and experience in the kitchen (including cooking for large gatherings of up to 15 people in Paris.
