The Role:

We are seeking experienced Security Supervisors to join our growing team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients, leading security teams, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel on-site.
• Conduct briefings, assign duties, and ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalate issues as required.
• Maintain detailed reports and uphold security protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:
 Proven experience in security supervision or a similar role.
 Valid SIA License (or equivalent certification).
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
 Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Physically fit and able to perform security duties (reasonable adjustments made).
 Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)

What a privilege to be involved in the Chinese New Year event yesterday and today. Covering a huge part of Central London and working with the formidable Enteetainment team (Dick Tee, Frankie Tee, Mick Heath) and the LCCA. So many stakeholders involved scrutinising plans and making sure its a safe event for all.

Total Event Solutions have been supplying security, steward, CSAS and management along with Control room staffing for a number of years now and its always a proud weekend. Working alongside our colleagues at Road Traffic Solutions supplying the signage and TM plans.

Its the first large event of the year so always proves very popular.

Even in the last days of the Winter Wonderland event at Hyde Park theTotal Event Solutions team are working hard.

This hard work has again been recognised by our client IMG and highlighted the excellent work of one of our core team members.

Michelle Vosper has worked extremely hard on this event and her talents have shone through.

Anyone who spends anytime with Michelle can agree she is a consummate professional and her dedication, experience to any project Michelle works on is second to none.

TES are proud to have Michelle as part of our teams for many years now.

Total Event Solutions are very proud of all our exceptional staff but when their work is recognised by the client it really does show how amazing they are.

Our team are working, in numbers, at the moment at the Winter Wonderland Event in Hyde Park and our very own Sacha Ritch has been awarded by the client for outstanding contribution to the event.

We really thank Sacha for her hard work and dedication to her role. A great personality, firm favourite with staff and clients alike. We are immensely proud to have had Sacha work as part of our team for many years now.

These events are so important and we really thank everyone involved in making sure these are shown the respect and support deserved.

Always an immense privilege to be part of the Lord Mayors Show and this year is spectacular.

Our team were there very early working alongside other industry colleagues and of course the City of London teams making sure roads were closed and crowds are being kept safe.

The TES teams were working on the Veteran Car Rally in Hyde Park and across London, Battersea Park Fire Works, River Action, SJP Concourse. Queens Park Fireworks and a number of smaller events along with our continued work on the Winter Wonderland Event.

A huge thanks to our colleagues, clients and various stakeholders.

Christmas, for Total Event Solutions, always starts with our work on the Winter Wonderland event in Hyde Park.

Working with Tess Wilson, Liz Thompson and the extended team at IMG along with the Royal Parks team. Its always a pleasure and marks the start of the Christmas event season for the TES team.

Little Amal has become an international symbol of compassion and of human rights. She carries a message of hope for displaced people everywhere, especially children who have been separated from their families.
