We are a uk based multi-genre radio station and accept Dj's from all over the world.

If your not afraid to use a microphone and have previous radio experience and and any demos of shows or mixes you have done please send them to us so we can see what your about prefferably with you speaking on the microphone along with the music.

Every DJ streams from there own studio or home and we put the stream out on the website and more platforms for all to hear.

We are on most platforms twitch instagram twitter facebook and ALEXA.

We can set you up with our radiocaster (Windows) or broadcast using this tool (macintosh) for the main live stream and obs For videostreaming to our twitter and twitch if you choose to videostream aswell.

If your interested download teamviewer from this link www.teamviewer.com and install it on your broadcast PC for personal use then one of our team can connect to your deskop and set you up with a DJ account and test your stream for a show.

Want to DJ from your own home: Manchesters Powerjam Radio Has you Covered.

Email us to be considered for a DJ residency role at Manchesters Powerjam Radio.

Before emailing us, it would be good to explain the role first of all. We are a growing Internet radio station specialising in UKG HOUSE DNB HIP HOP UK FUNKY R&B SOUL FUNK AND MORE. Our group of DJs, artists and producers come from literally all around the world.

Manchesters Powerjam Radio streams from all corners of the globe.

The radio residency involves installing streaming software on your computer or laptop and streaming your set to our live radio server. Our radio server then distributes the music to the listeners tuned in. The streaming software is extremely easy to set up and we can provide full versions and set you up remotely via teamviewer.

During the live session, you will be be required to show yourself in the chat room where listeners drop by (We have a complete set of do's and dont's which we will provide to you on succesful setup).

In addition to showing your face in the chat room, you would also be required to promote Manchesters Powerjam Radio on your social media accounts, including but not limited to:

Facebook
Twitter
Instagram
Mixcloud

This not only helps promote the radio but also yourself & Your show, we also require you to use a mic, also please send your own biography as we will not accept something that has been copied from elsewhere

Would you like to be a live DJ? Would you like your own show on Powerjam Radio? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you. There are some requirements but if you can fulfil all of these then we would love to have you on board and broadcasting live on Powerjam Radio.

Requirements to host a show:

1. You’ll need a stable internet connection (Wi Fi isnt stable and we dont recommend it).
2. You will need to be able to install broadcasting software (don’t worry we can help you get set up)
3. Be comfortable on a microphone (ability to speak clearly and keep things positive)
4. A love for music and community and a willingness to interact with other Powerjam Radio DJ's and managment on a regular basis.
5. Must be able to commit to a regular weekly slot or slots.
6. Must be able to commit to paying £10 subs monthly to cover costs including but not limited to mixloud pro , alexa , the webhosting , the radio server , the website domain.
