Sadly, the village fete is cancelled for 2024 - we’ll be back in 2025!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances and a lack of willing volunteers, this year’s village fete is being postponed.

We hope we have communicated directly with everyone who contacted us to advise them of the situation.

We will be back next year as big and bold as ever (we will aim to advertise the date later this year).

We hope too see everyone at this year's Fete & Dog Show. At 12 noon the Deputy Mayor will rename the Recreation Ground to Queen Elizabeth II Recreation Ground prior to opening the fete.

This year's fete is rapidly approaching and we would like to add a few more items to the raffle. If you are a small or large business in the village and would be kind enough to donate a prize or voucher, however big or small, we would be eternally grateful. All proceeds from the Fete & Dog Show are distributed back to village organisations so you would be supporting a worthy cause.
