For a lot of us, turkey is synonymous with Christmas; it takes center stage in an elaborate feast that can take days to prepare. Our turkeys are a labor of love, hatched in early spring and allowed to roam freely in pastures for at least seven months—twice as long as typical supermarket turkeys. They are plucked by hand and hung in the time-honored tradition for twelve days.

If you are thinking about booking here is a note from our exclusive marquee supplier partners "If you're thinking about booking with us, don't delay. Confirm your booking by providing a deposit and a signed booking form as soon as possible.

We're completely booked for both Tipis and Sailcloths on the weekends of July 26th and September 6th. Sailcloths are also fully booked on July 5th, and Tipis
on June 7th. On many weekends we can only take one more booking so now's the time to secure your spot.
