The Clive Emson Exhibition Hall is a clear-span exhibition hall of over 1,700 sqm, ideal for conferences, corporate awards, dinners and exhibitions, with perfect break-out rooms upstairs that can seat up to 60 delegates.
The Bredhurst and Chilham are located on the first floor of the Clive Emson Exhibition Hall, the light and airy rooms boast fully fitted AV facilities including data projectors, screens, speakers and air conditioning..

The John Hendry Pavilion covers 1,752sqm, seating up to 600 delegates for dinner dances, 400 for conferences, is regularly used for exhibitions or can be used as part of your event as additional storage.
The brick exhibition hall has multiple entry points down both sides and attaches directly to the larger Maidstone Exhibition Hall and there is power throughout the structure with 2.95 metre high cargo doors. Water taps are available around the building as well as adjacent hard standing for parking or displays.
Ample ladies, gents, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are all easily accessible.
For organisers’ ease there is also use of a small office and domestic kitchen area. For additional space, organisers can hire the adjacent Astor Pavilion as a syndicate or breakout space.
