Really looking forward to setting up the Echo stall at the organic market at the stunning setting of Winkworth Farm on Sunday from 10am until 2pm.

There will be loads of interesting stalls along with Dan Wyatt's delicious food cooked over fire.

I put together this "cheese cake" for a cheese & wine birthday party! The bottom layer is made up from wedges of different cheeses topped with a Wild Garlic Yarg, Cornish Brie & Godminster Cheddar Heart.

This has got to be the prettiest pizza ever! from Turntable Pizzeria in Poleperro.
Their garden pizza with asparagus, leeks, radish pickled carrots & beetroot, red veineed sorrel & fesh herbs was totally delicious! 😋🌸🌱

On Monday we were at the stunning Cadenham Manor where Martin & Victoria were celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary along with Martin's 60th Birthday! 🥳

We started by serving champagne & canapes...

Over the weekend we delivered a celebration afternoon tea.
Sally was celebrating not only her 60th Birthday, but also a very intimate wedding held in Bath on Friday, a surprise for all of her guests!

Beautiful Yurt for Tom & Graces wedding!

Massive congratulations to Tom & Grace who got married on Saturday in Crudwell ❤️ After a few postponements and a change of venue they finally did it and what a beautiful day it was! 😊 Tom and Grace choose to have their wedding reception in a beaultiful yurt provided by Cheltenham Yurt Hire. Many thanks to Richardson Event Hire for providing the furniture, linen, table and glassware. The yurt really did look stunning with home grown flowers on the tables and the olive green napkins. Grace & Tom, we loved being part of your special day and all our very best wishes for your future together. 😍

Big pan mains ... Slow cooked lamb with almonds, paprika, herbs & crème fraiche. Vegetable & bean chilli. A great way of catering for a crowd for any occasion. 😊
