Back to summer

I’m thrilled to finally share this snapshot of O&J’s wedding which they booked me to fully plan.

The marquee was set in private family land and we used lots of extra lighting so the space came into its own as it got dark.

When I plan weddings, I work with tried and tested suppliers so I know the event is always going to run smoothly and their weekend was no exception with gorgeous stationery, styling and florals through to delicious food and drink, topped off with outstanding entertainment throughout the whole event.

It’s occasions like this, I really love my job. 🥰

Happy Halloween!

It’s a long time since I shared this shoot as it’s an oldie but (in my opinion) a goodie!

My concept for this was about couples who struggle to decide which look they want for their wedding: pure and ethereal (of which there is a whole other side to this shoot) or dark and moody….of course today it felt apt to show the dark side mwaaaaahahhaaa

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Wedding Venue Coordinator to join us for our 2025 events, starting with meeting couples this winter!

What we’re looking for:

Great interpersonal skills: You’ll be dealing with a variety of personalities, so being personable and professional is key.

Organisational skills: Planning and coordinating weddings requires impeccable attention to detail.

Problem-solving abilities: Think on your feet and be ready to tackle any challenges that come your way.

Freelance availability: Hours are based on demand, so you should have another source of income or not be solely reliant on LND work.

Experience: At least one year’s proven experience in wedding coordination, with a willingness to have references checked if needed.

Insurance and First Aid: Must have or be willing to obtain event insurance and first aid qualifications.

What we provide:

Variety: An opportunity to work at multiple venues, offering a fresh and dynamic work environment.

Training: Learn from our founder, with over 10 years of planning experience.

Support: Assistance with systems and admin tasks to help you succeed.

THANK YOU! I’m thoroughly enjoying taking actual time out at the moment so posts on here have once again dwindled but I wanted to pop on and summarise my 2024. I approached Christmas with flu and worn out but actually compiling one of these posts is brilliant to keep on a positive mindset and feeling proud of how much me and my business has achieved and now feeling so ready for 2025. From being the first planner to work at the ‘Old Kitchens’ at @birdsall.house to covering the only 2024 wedding at @duncombe.park Working with so many supportive industry talent, being welcomed into private home’s and creating my first ever wedding workshop.
