So pleased to have been rebooked for the IHE Mercia Annual awards night next May. It was an amazing night last year with all the companies getting together after lockdown.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again and not only being MC but using my expertise to shape the night.

It was my absolute pleasure to be the Toastmaster and MC at Lottie and Joseph’s wedding yesterday. Family friends which made it special and also my wife Linda’s birthday.
An amazing venue at Combe barns and working with Hannah the photographer, Select Bars and Katie at the venue.
A relaxed and fun time and I have been told I brought organisation, humour and support to the event. Thank you for booking me!! X

Next up in our team shout out is the one and only Mr James Hopkins, our Compere for the Waters Edge Festivals ....

Originally from Essex, Now living in North Yorkshire, James is no stranger to the stage or festival arena.

As a professionally trained Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies he works across many functions from weddings, corporate events, Arena shows, Gala Balls, award shows and of course music festivals. James has been compering for over 25 years now and at the charity events he has hosted raised over £300k.

He works across the UK supported by his wife Linda and daughter Caitlin who is at Uni, and has worked with bands and artists such as Bad Manners, The Troggs, Hazel O’Connor, Toyah and Bruce Foxton from The Jam.

Whether the event has 14,000 people or a small wedding of 12, James is known for his Professionalism, attention to detail and presence.

James is sought after by Event Organisers and Festival directors as he takes ownership of the music stage on the day, ensuring it runs smoothly meeting the bands needs but most importantly the audience needs.

James has a strong connection with Newport and Red Rooster Events having lived in the area previously for 9 years and working with Red Rooster on all of their events so far.

I for one would like to thank James for his work atthe Waters Edge Festivals, it leaves me to focus on other areas as James looks after all of the Bands, front and back stage areas for me... Thank you James and look forward to seeing you on September 10th 2022!!
