Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the indoor inflatable fun day!!
Although the venue confirmed our booking over 3 weeks ago, they sent us an email at 4.30pm yesterday to cancel our booking.
We cannot find a large enough venue now at short notice to hold the event!!
Our priority this morning was to issue refunds to everyone who had purchased tickets, to allay any fears that this was some sort of scam, and as payments were taken by Paypal, we had to refund every single transaction manually!
This proccess has just been completed.
There is a message on all refunds, you may have to sign in to Paypal to read it.
We are absolutely devastated that the venue have cancelled our booking. We had children's birthday parties booked to attend, surprises for children from parents and grandparents, not to mention the several hundred children that just wanted to come and play!!
We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused, but it really is out of our control!!

We had a fantastic response to our idea of holding indoor inflatable fun days... thank you.

We are holding our first one in Malvern later this month... Saturday 22nd October at Malvern St James Sports Centre on Barnards Green Road, Malvern. WR14 3LH.

There will be 3 fun sessions throughout the day...

9am until 11am
11.30am until 1.30pm
2pm until 4pm

Entrance charge is £5 per child per session.

The concept is simple... we hire a huge indoor space, fill it with our fabulously fun bouncy castles, inflatable games and rodeo bull simulator, you bring your little ones to the dry, warm, safe, secure space, where they can jump, bounce and generally tire themselves out for a couple of hours. All without the hassle of travelling to the larger towns and cities to do it!!

Oh... and all for the bargain price of just £5 per child!!!
Yes... just £5 per child for 2 hours of inflatable fun!!

Accompanying adults do NOT require a wristband, and are not allowed to use the inflatables, as it is a childrens event on this occassion.

Due to restrictions on numbers for each fun session, we strongly recommend you purchase your tickets in advance. It's a very simple proccess, and can be done by visiting our website www.bouncycastlehiremalvern.co.uk and select the yellow tab on the left that says " Inflatable Fun Day Ticket Sales "... and follow the easy to follow instructions.

Payment is made using Paypal for your peace of mind and security. You do not need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal. No Paypal account...just checkout as a Paypal guest. Should you have any problems or concerns, we can always be contacted on 07958 108899 between 9am and 7pm.

By buying your tickets in advance you will guarantee your admittance to the event

Our inflatable fun days are suitable for ages 2 years and upwards. We will always have a toddler area for children of younger years (4/5 years old and below) to play in a safe environment on smaller age specific inflatables with soft play included.

We will be operating a small refreshment/tuck shop in the inflatable area, where children will be able to buy affordable refreshments and sweets. We would recommend sending no more than £2 - £3 to spend on drinks and sweets. Guide prices for reference.... Drinks from 50p to £1.50. Sweets from 50p to £2.

We highly recommend Bouncy Castle Hire, Malvern, for your entertainment needs and desires!

When we went through this company to hire a bouncy castle, a rodeo bull, and a Mr. Whippy Creation Station for our wedding reception, we also received an excellent standard of service from the staff that were present. Every element was immensely popular with our guests, and the staff rose well to this high level of interest. All equipment that was provided was set up and packed away efficiently, and with no inconvenience to the other activities of the day.

The bouncy castle provided entertainment for the younger guests for the full duration of hire, and the staff were always on hand to operate the rodeo bull, which was both safe and a hilariously entertaining addition to our day! The Mr. Whippy Creation Station was popular across all ages, very easy to operate, and was in no danger of running out of toppings (the excess of which we were allowed to take home with us!).

Easy to communicate with, excellent on arrival, and performing their various functions with pride and efficiency, Bouncy Castle Hire was a top-notch decision for our big day!
