Who loves pork pies? This buffet went down a storm and practically nothing was left over, best compliment ever! The big dishes on these pie trays was for a lovely bit of small chunk as who doesn’t love that on their pie 😋

Holy moly what a morning, buffet done for 120 people after a holy communion, there was so much food the table wasn’t big enough! So chuffed when I returned to empty platters! That’s the best kind of compliment ❤️

Health is wealth, yoghurts and berries don’t just look great, they taste great and they do great, gut health yoghurts are my favourite at the moment even the kids love all this fruit, who wouldn’t!

Anyone else getting platinum jubilee fever? Sat making virgin cocktails looking for picnic inspo as I will be out at a carnival that weekend so want charcuterie to go! What’s more British than berries too! Perfect for a tasty flavour filled snack packed with vitamins, and they’re brilliant for freezing and using in your gin and tonic!

Easter board
This was my dinner a couple nights ago, I’d say I was researching what to do for our Easter Sunday but that would be a lie, I was just being a greedy pig 🐣😋

🐣 not the tidiest treats to come out of mad platters hq but definitely some of the yummiest! Who doesn’t love a Rice Krispie treat and they’re so quick and easy they’re a perfect activity for the kids! Plus loving this mould from the pound shop to make these into perfect portions! Great addition for an Easter buffet 🤪
No core chocolate apples! Easy activity for kids and no more spending a pound on one only to be handed a full apple on a stick minus toppings back! To make 12 slices you will need : 6 apples 🍎 12 kebab skewers 200g of your favourite chocolate 🍫 And whatever toppings you like, my favourite is popping candy! 💥 You will also need a tray covered with baking parchment to let them set on! Enjoy 🤪

Whisk 2 egg whites, slowly add in 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar until it forms stiff peaks, pipe or spoon on to baking parchment, adding food colouring to the piping bag before adding the mixture will create the effect we got, bake in a pre heated oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes, great activity for kids too! Have fun 🤪
