This was my dinner a couple nights ago, I’d say I was researching what to do for our Easter Sunday but that would be a lie, I was just being a greedy pig 🐣😋

🐣 not the tidiest treats to come out of mad platters hq but definitely some of the yummiest! Who doesn’t love a Rice Krispie treat and they’re so quick and easy they’re a perfect activity for the kids! Plus loving this mould from the pound shop to make these into perfect portions! Great addition for an Easter buffet 🤪

No core chocolate apples! Easy activity for kids and no more spending a pound on one only to be handed a full apple on a stick minus toppings back! To make 12 slices you will need : 6 apples 🍎 12 kebab skewers 200g of your favourite chocolate 🍫 And whatever toppings you like, my favourite is popping candy! 💥 You will also need a tray covered with baking parchment to let them set on! Enjoy 🤪

Fan of fans? Make your meat platters a little extra and do this with your prosciutto or Serrano, why not try and make a Mother’s Day charcuterie board or just treat yo self! Tag TheMad Platters in your pics and we will share your creativity with the world ### 🤪

Whisk 2 egg whites, slowly add in 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar until it forms stiff peaks, pipe or spoon on to baking parchment, adding food colouring to the piping bag before adding the mixture will create the effect we got, bake in a pre heated oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes, great activity for kids too! Have fun 🤪
