It all started with an idea 💡🎀☁️💗…
Story time, after leaving my 5 year career in Marketing, I found a job as a receptionist just something to keep me going until I found my next big thing for me as I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do at this point. I knew I wanted to go into events but wasn’t quite sure how to go about it, it was then when when I started to get involved with family’s party’s & then found a gap in the market for backdrops/table deco for venues I started to learn the basics of balloon garlands, watching videos none stop of the different techniques peoples used so finding my feet in this style of work for people & then before I knew it Covid hit & everything was CANCELLED 🙃 no venue parties what I had been working so hard to learn I then had to quickly switch up the idea & come up with a different way for people to still celebrate there special moments but at home, with my suppliers still open for business I started to play around with helium & put packages together for people to enjoy in the comfort of there homes!
During this time I was also let go from my reception role due to no longer being needed in the office, I remember coming home to Geo & saying how the hell am I going to pay bills now!? I knew in that moment if I didn’t make Party Starters work and put my absolute everything into it to make it what I knew I could I would have to go back to working in a job which honestly wasn’t really an option in my mind, I wanted this to work so bad so I just believed in myself & now looking back on what I have achieved so far I am proud to say it’s worked out in the best way, we’re fully booked every week, working along side a 5* hotel in Manchester & amazing customers who support my dream everyday! 🥹💗
Thankyou all so much for keeping me busy these past 5 years, some people have been here from the beginning & still continue to come back & it means so much, without you I wouldn’t be where I am today, I appreciate every single one of you!! ✨☁️
