In addition to live streaming the main funeral service, many families ask us to capture the burial or crematorium services too.

We can also stream the funeral procession from the family home, all the way through to speeches at the wake. However you wish us to capture this important day, we're here to help - just ask 🕊️

We are aware of the recent warning against live stream scams following instances of mourners being targeted on social media with fake streams of funeral services.

We want to raise awareness of this despicable behaviour and also want to reassure our clients and viewers that Funeral Streaming by Story House is a safe, trusted and legitimate business.

Here are the actions we take to ensure your safety:

- We are registered with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) as an official UK supplier
- We will only send invoices that are ‘Funeral Streaming’ marked including all company details
- We send the invoice at the same time as your live stream link, in the same email, to avoid any confusion
- We never take payments over the telephone
- There is the option for you to pay through your Funeral Director
- We’re happy to discuss payment plans if you don’t feel comfortable paying upfront
- We will never ask viewers to pay to watch the service
- We hold all appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance policies
- All of our viewing pages are hosted on the funeralstreaming.co.uk domain
- Funeral Streaming is a brand operating under Story House Collective Ltd
- We can password-protect viewing pages for extra security upon request
- We only use one Facebook and one Instagram profile
- We will never approach your loved ones, send friend or message requests, or create viewing pages on social media
- Our 5* reviews are organic and are verified on our Google or Facebook profiles

🎥 We're here to capture and stream as much or as little of your loved one's service as you wish. Our operators are extremely discreet, but some prefer us to capture everything including guests' arrivals and prayers.

Sustainability and supporting veterans are two causes very close to our hearts 💚

Whilst it can be devastating for the family when loved ones can't physically attend a funeral from across the country or overseas, the reduced travel can be better for the environment. We are further offsetting our carbon footprint by supporting .earth who plant trees on our behalf and provide work days for UK forces veterans.

So far, we've planted 300 trees with Carma!

We work hard to ensure that the flow of the service is not disrupted by our presence. In fact, many people don't even realise we're there.

Our professional grade audio-visual equipment means we can get a clear, steady shot and crystal clear audio from the back of the room, and we aim to arrive at the venue two hours before the start of the service so that we're completely set up before anyone arrives.
