We work along side promoters and event organisers.

We are experts at becoming a new member of staff for established and new venues, festivals, artists and more.

Goodbye to a true Witchwood legend - Mr Sam Mcgrady

An absolute top notch fiddle player, Sam touched a hell of a lot of us with his music and his personality.

He sadly passed away recently and although times are tough right now we do have a chance to say goodbye.

The service is on Wednesday 21st October, 3pm at Duki Crem, but because of Covid restrictions only 20 people can attend. There can be no mourners present outside the chapel but the family have asked I people who want to pay their respects could line the road on the approach to the Crem.

Sam was an incredible friend to so many of us and his lads have had such a hard task in selecting just 20 to be there and the restrictions at the Crem mean that people cannot stand outside at the moment - but if anyone wants to line the road on the approach to the gates, then you will be very welcome to do that respecting social distancing.

The wake will be at The Prince of Orange after the service and again Ali has asked me to let people know that any of Sam's friends are more than welcome to be there, space permitting.

This could all change though. Depends on whether we are moved up to tier 3 today.

Rest easy Sam - You'll truly be missed.

How can you help small music venues?
In these trying times small venues are being hit HARD - Cancelling shows is a devastating blow.

You can help by buying tickets for gigs you fancy going to that are on later in the year NOW.

If you see a gig in Novemeber you like the look of at a small venue, buy tickets today.

See a Xmas do? Buy tickets today.

It may be pushing the problem back, but once venues re open in a few months they will have a fighting chance to survive, the urgency is the next couple of months.
