Unfortunately, WYB (What’s Your Beef) Bolton, is no longer trading at Bolton Market Food Hall, from today.  

 

Sadly, due to unfavourable conditions like the rising cost of raw ingredients, utility charges and pending NI increases led us to this very difficult decision.  

 

We would like to thank Bolton Council for giving us this opportunity, who have supported us throughout this very difficult period.

PROPER TASTY BURGERS

Sourced from a multiple-award-winning local butcher, all our beef is grass-fed and ethically reared. (We’re picky about the bacon too.) After extensive testing, we chose our favourite prime cuts of meat for their outstanding flavour and texture. Adding the highest-quality ingredients to our recipes - like fresh red onion, spicy Jalapeños and sweet chilli - makes our burgers truly memorable.

Vegetarians - we love you too. Our homemade Bubble & Squeak patty is the base for the epic Don’t Have A Cow - with Edam, Cheddar, panko, spinach, red onion, and homemade chipotle ketchup.
