Exquisite Rooms and Balloons offer venue dressing and balloon packages for all of your special celebrations across the North West of England. Every order is tailor made to suit your budget, taste and theme. For event bookings, we will meet you beforehand to discuss your requirements and make sure we bring your ideas to life perfectly. We have full public liability insurance and our electric device

s are PAT tested (in case your venue wants to see the certificates!)

We have worked with other wedding service providers and can recommend florists, photographers and car hire for events.
