Had a lovely afternoon at Avro Vestacare stadium watching Oldham RLFC v North Wales Crusaders Rugby League Club
not the score we wanted but a great afternoon Mayor of Oldham 2022-23, Councillor Elaine Garry and her Consort Pete Davis presented the match ball to the referee.

Great to see my old friends from Oldham Council supporting Oldham Rugby League who have all joined the Lottery all pulling together to help the club.

Great to see a few ex players recieve their heritage certificates from the Mayor at half time. They were Andy Wilde, Martin Murphy and Steve McCormack who received it on behalf of his father Jim McCormack.

Thank you to the volunteers and to Henthorn’s Catering Ltd for our wonderful food.
