Moved from the aisle after the ceremony through to decorate *everywhere* for the rest of the day!

*Everywhere* (definition on this occasion): Sweetie table, Card table, Top Table & Memory table 💞 They then went onto guests afterwards!

🌿TODAY I NOTICED this fabulous peeling paint at and quite honestly I can't believe I have never noticed it before!
Paired with Sam's bright and British bloom filled wedding bouquet it's filling my maximalist colour loving heart!

🧡HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to ABI & LEWIS who tied the knot yesterday!🧡
You may have spotted those ranunculus on my stories earlier this week... absolute beauts which combined with garden roses, scented jasmine, tulips, lisianthus, kangaroo paw, dianthus, pieris and eucalyptus made a pretty divine combination.
Abi's bouquet was designed to compliment her dress and was the most technical bridal bouquet Ive made for a while, partially wired, and partially hand tied round a framework, it made for a narrow slender cascade of tumbling jasmine and flowers that was comfortable to carry and smelt amazing!

HEY FOLKS!
It's been a wee while since I've checked in with you all and that's because just after Christmas I moved house. It was a pretty hefty and exhausting move into a complete renovation* project after 18 months of riding the 'moving house rollercoaster'!

It's been the dream since starting my business in 2014 to eventually have space at home I can work from and I'm still pinching myself with the fabulous ex artist studio space I now have. I can't tell you what a luxury it will be having a TAP inside my studio space and a warm toilet close by! (The studio is definitely not warm though...do I mention the completely rotten huge window that is probably being held in place by the shrubbery 🫣)

To be honest I'm still figuring how my business now needs to change and adapt to its new surroundings. The pursuit of affordable space and garden has taken me a little too far out from Manchester for day to day flower orders, although I will absolutely be back for weddings, events and workshops and of course Christmas wreaths!

Usually you get a photo of me with my own Christmas wreath but SHOCK HORROR I haven't actually made myself one this year for a couple of reasons! Next year's is going to be an absolute STONKER though!

I am super excited to be hosting my first ever workshops with this Christmas.
🌿
Design and create your own Christmas wreath from a scented mix of fresh seasonal foliage before choosing from a wide selection of materials to decorate it. Think dried fruits, pine cones, cinnamon sticks, glass baubles, ribbons and a few surprises that Alison finds to add to the collection! Have a look through images from our previous workshops at how individual everyone’s are.

Approximate finished wreath size of 14″. Wreaths can be backed so that you can hang them safely indoors, (great for apartment living) or even use them as a table centre if you prefer.

All the materials and tools you’ll need to complete your wreath & an apron to wear whilst you work are included.
🌿
Drinks are NOT included so come a little early to have time to head to the bar before the workshop begins. Grub is well know for it’s street food stalls too…it’s hungry work being creative!

🌿 SEPTEMBER UPDATE🌿
Hey folks, a little update...
September sees me travelling around the UK a lot, I'll be freelancing, doing a demonstrating tour in Scotland and also taking a little time out for a family holiday and to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday.
🌸As a result I won't be able to do local day to day deliveries this month..(it gets a bit messy turning the webshop on and off!)..🌸

🌿HOWEVER🌿

🌸WEDDING CONSULATATIONS are still available, I'd love to start helping you plan and curate your wedding day flowers.

🌸WORKSHOPS are almost bookable again!! It's taken me a while post pandemic to feel comfortable running workshops but I've got some super exciting workshops and partnerships coming up!

🌸FUNERAL FLOWERS gosh this is the hardest, do get in touch if you are needing funeral flowers this month and I'll let you know if I'm able to help. If I'm not I'll be able to recommend another florist to look after your loved ones flowers.
