🔥 Aoife’s Bubbles Firewalk Update: Safety First 🔥

At Firewalk Events, we’ve always prided ourselves on delivering unforgettable, safe, and empowering experiences. Yesterday, we had to make the tough call to reschedule the firewalk for Aoife’s Bubbles due to the extreme winds forecasted in Southend-on-Sea (38-58mph).

This decision wasn’t taken lightly, as it’s the first time we’ve ever had to cancel an event. It’s a big kick for us, but the safety of our participants and team will always come first. Winds like these can cause coals to scatter, elevate the bed temperature, and risk damage to the fire setup, venue and our kit, making it unsafe for everyone involved.

We do also understand some teams run events in high winds, but for us its all about safety as a team.

While it’s disappointing, we are already looking ahead with excitement! We can’t wait to relaunch the event in January 2025 and create an incredible experience that’s worth the wait.

🎉 What a Day at Our First Networking Session with ! 🎉

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that our Jingle and Mingle Networking Day was a HUGE success! 🎄⛳

The day was filled with laughter, connections, and some friendly competition on our mini-golf course. While there were no hole-in-ones, there were plenty of prizes—and maybe even a cheeky bag of coal for the “losers” of each hole. 😉

A huge thank you to Dr. Kershaw’s for trusting us to bring our new idea to life. It was amazing to see everyone come together, and we’re so proud to be part of helping you raise more funds for such an incredible cause.

We are thrilled to announce that the first-ever with Firewalk Events raised an incredible £2,500!

A massive thank you to each and every brave soul who stepped up to find their inner power and walk over the flames to support this amazing cause. Your courage, resilience, and dedication have made such a meaningful impact!

We couldn’t be prouder of the walkers and the fantastic community that rallied behind them. Together, you’ve raised vital funds to support Hugs for Henry, helping to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.

This week, I have been diving into online masterclasses for my CPC card for HGV Class 2... – the journey continues! Can't wait to get behind the wheel and bring Firewalk Events to a whole new level (literally!)

Back at it today after a wonderful birthday day off!

I couldn’t resist sneaking in a little work here and there, but for the most part, I just relaxed.

Harrison and Graham treated me to tickets to see Paddington! We wrapped up the night with an incredible cheese board we picked up from in Prestwich, and it was just perfect. For me such a change as I'm not normally a cheese person...but a delicious change!

Feeling refreshed, grateful, and ready to bring more firewalking fun to you all! 🔥

🔥 Ready for a challenge? Take on the Firewalk—barefoot over hot coals! We’re looking for 50 brave fundraisers. No entry fee, just raise £150 for our charity via JustGiving and secure your spot!

🎶 After the Firewalk, it’s party time! Enjoy a 2-course hog roast meal, live DJ, raffle, and more! Perfect for a friends’ night out, work Christmas party, or family get-together. Tickets are £35, but if you’re firewalking, entry to the celebration is free!

Let’s make this a night to remember while supporting a great cause. All funds raised will go toward making Christmas special for kids at GOSH and fueling our research for next year.

🌍🔥 800 miles, 3 days, and countless memories! My solo adventure up to Scotland for the Miravis Roadshow legowalks — thanks to Purple Lamb Events. I have travelled from Dundee to North Berwick. Between exploring local shops, soaking in the beach, and recharging in the spa and gym, this weekend wasn’t just work—it was a reminder of how far I’ve come and how far I still have to go.

Just over six years ago, I was buried in debt, struggling to pay bills, and felt stuck. Now, I’m traveling the UK with Firewalk Events, creating experiences that inspire others. This journey hasn’t been easy—I pay my own bills, rent containers, and keep everything running myself—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This is about pushing forward even when it feels impossible.

And I’m just getting started. My goal is to one day host retreats and training programs, where I can share the power of resilience and mindset with others on their journeys. There’s a long way to go, but I’m so grateful for every step on this path. ✨

Remember, you’re not a tree—you aren’t rooted in one place. If you don’t like where you are, move. Life is about growth, gratitude, and chasing dreams. 🙏 And speaking of dreams… my 24-plate Ford Kuga rental has me browsing finance options. A work car, maybe? 😅🚗
