Unfortunately they will be permanently off the menu due to a change in the production of one of the ingredients

We’re very sad about this as I’m sure many of you will be but we will endeavour to find something to replace the wings using that delicious Buffalo sauce!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Our first Herbivorous menu was largely inspired by our visit to a fantastic vegan restaurant in Philadelphia back in 2016 where we had a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and Buffalo Wings made from seitan

It took us a further 3 1/2 years to add Philly Cheesesteaks to our menu but they are now a much loved part of our menu

When Herbivorous first started back in 2017 we had a Dinosaur as our logo so we pronounce our name like it’s a type of dinosaur rather than the traditional pronunciation of the word meaning to have a plant diet

Our Story

Herbivorous started as a vegan mobile street food adventure by two foodies Robyn and Damian. After 2 years experience serving food at markets, vegan fairs and festivals Herbivorous now has a full summer festival season taking them across the whole of the UK and have recently opened a permanent location inside Hatch on Oxford Road in Manchester, a vibrant food and retail space with regular events.

Herbivorous are available for private hire and weddings offering an informal but very personable style of service serving their signature street food dishes
