Last night about 8pm, I got a message requesting an “All foliage winter bouquet”… not a normal request but I knew exactly what she wanted & couldn’t wait to make it… for 12pm today…!!!

The customer loved it & so did I… so much so, I want to make myself one…

We always pride ourselves on conditioning our flowers well but this year will take it to another level… bottled water for our beautiful bouquets… 🤦🏻‍♀️ 💐

With the 1st of our Dutch trucks due on Monday & still no running water due to frozen pipes, we’ve had no choice but to resort to ordering more water… 🙄💦

❄️🥶😰 The pesky weather has now affected stock levels too… we would normally have at least 150 more wreaths in before Christmas but the holly fields are frozen & chances are when it’s cut & then thaws it will quickly turn black… as we won’t compromise quality, it’s now a 1st come, 1st served on remaining stock now… you can ring to pay & reserve for collection later next week… 0161 795 5616 from 10am tomorrow x

Well, I don’t mind admitting that the last couple of days have been pretty tough… the extreme cold has been so difficult to work in & means we have no water due to frozen pipes & are having to have bottled water delivered today to get us through… ironically from Iceland… 🙄💦🤣🥶

But to wake up this morning to these messages (the 1st is from our feedback option on our payment system) means an awful lot… we love what we do but it is a tough job and so kind messages like these are so lovely to receive.
