We are popping up at Kargo so you can show your love this Valentines!

16th Feb 11-12 we will have one channel of Taylor and a second channel with a mix of Dua Lipa, Sabrina C, Olivia R. What more could you want?! Headsets will be handed out from 10.50 and you can stay for lunch after and take advantage of the gorgeous food hall.

Rock your merch, bring your friendship bracelets to swap, and bring your galentines along for a good old dance - plus bar open from 11. We can’t wait to see your T-shirts, your costumes and above all your love for these female pop icons!

Not only will we have two channels of awesome tunes to get you dancing, we will have our wheel of dance, bubbles and snow, challenges and of course the legendary dance off.

This event is for adults and kids alike - recommended age for headsets is 5+ but all ages are welcome. Everyone using a headset needs a ticket and all tickets are £6

LUNAR NEW YEAR CRAFT, STANLEY SQUARE, SALE

Come and celebrate the year of the Snake with Stanley Square and Our Kids Social this Lunar New Year!

Make your own paper based snake then join in with the dragon ribbon dance in the Square – this will ensure good luck for the Lunar New Year!

Make themed lunar greetings cards to give to someone special. There are also 6 snakes hiding in Market Walk, find them all, answer the fact finding quiz and complete your activity sheet!

The dragon dance will start in the Square at 1pm. The ribbon dance will start at 2.30pm.

The Collaborative HK Women CIC will also be hosting a raffle and stalls selling a selection of traditional Lunar New Year products that symbolize luck, love, and health.

Full parental supervision is required at all times.

Throwback to last June when we were given the opportunity to take over the entirety of and create a space for toddlers to roam free and explore. Part of the series of events and celebrations we created 5 spaces based on the seasons - but starting with a monochrome entrance to represent a child’s sight when first born

With some amazing collaborations we showcased what Manchester has to offer families and we think the day was pretty special ❤️

All of the laundry baskets in my house are empty.

2025 has peaked. Everything is washed. I don’t think this has ever been achieved before and most likely never will again.

Everyone else is out of the house and they will only be allowed back in if they promise to keep on the clothes they are wearing forever.

In other non-washing related news - Chinese New Year, St Patrick’s Day and Half Term events are all coming your way - plus Easter is there on the horizon - keep Good Friday free for us!

We are not going to tell you it’s all magic and sparkle. We’ve had some ups and downs as a (very) small independent business in 2024

It’s fair to recognise that success has grown for us since 2016 when we started - but we still have setbacks, we still make mistakes, we always learn

But we love this so much - thank you for showing up and letting us love it!

Must comfortably hold 500-1000 people with space for kids to be kids (not packed in / standing room only)

Must have a bar and ideally some food options

Must have a sound system set up for a DJ

Must be accessible so you lot can all get to it easily enough
