Buffet today for a lovely man's wake today, glad everyone enjoyed the food and gave him the best send off he so deserved 🙏❤️
They have beef stew with dumplings, jerk chicken, rice & peas, steamed cabbage and a small cold buffet for the people that love the picky foods 😋 👌 😍 ❤️

Buffet today for 150 people. Provided by Mj''s Catering Limited & Julie''s Platter's They had 50 cold buffet, 50 stew with dumplings and 50 chicken curry with saffron infused rice & naan breads 👌❤️

As some of you know why I've been a little slow replying to your messages and comments on my posts over the last week, my daughter had open heart surgery on Monday. So I've taken some time off. Shes actually home already and doing really well. I'm back working next week for bookings of a few buffets, but the pies and pattys etc.. won't be on for a couple of weeks.
I will get though all the messages in the next few days 🙏❤️

Homemade caribbean pattys available for delivery on weds 19th.
Curry beef, curry chicken or leg of lamb £2.50 each minimum order of 4.
Homemade family size pies £12.50 for steak and £10 each the other flavours. All baked fresh on the day so are suitable for home freezing,
Available for delivery Thursday 20th & Friday 21st.
Steak & gravy, steak and mushroom, creamy chicken and leek, creamy chicken and mushroom, minced beef & onion or cheese, onion & potato pie.

Wedding package today, at Sale Conservative Club & Function Rooms. They had hot meals this afternoon, then we went cleared up and redressed the table for the evening cold buffet with homemade dessert and canape table. They had Caribbean boneless jerk chicken, peppered steak, boiled rice, steamed cabbage, fried dumplings, 2 flavours of homemade pattys, the children had chicken dippers chips and beans. Evening buffet had homemade desserts, sausage rolls and quiche 💪🏾👌😋

Cold buffet for 50 people menu 1 with, spicy chicken pasta, spicy rice and they asked for profiteroles in pots topped with dark chocolate and what chocolate and hazelnut sauce 😋

EDIT! We have 42 left to order for this weeks bakes then were full. Last orders to be in by tomorrow afternoon when i go to the butchers for the meat. Homemade Caribbean pattys are available yo pre-order for monday 24th and Tuesday 25th for delivery next week.
Please get ypur orders in as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment, I can only bake so many over the 2 days. Please inbox with your order so I don't miss you on posts 🙏❤️

You can add cheese sauce or mac & cheese to any flavour for 50p extra. They will be bigger pattys to compensate for the extra filling

Vegan &Vegetarian buffet provided by Mj''s Catering Limited & Julie''s Platter's for 200. We couldn't fit it all on the tables so they kept the cheese & cracker platter and more desserts and wraps in the kitchen to re-stock the table when it was getting low. I tried to make as much of the food myself rather than shop bought. Vegan Refried bean taco boats topped with guacamole, coconut cream with lime and siracha. Vegan Meat free jerk meatballs taco shells topped with coconut and lime cream. Vegan sausage rolls with spring onion topped with chia seeds. Homemade hummus 1 plain 1 with pesto. Coronation chickpea sandwiches, eggless egg mayo sandwiches few of what we provided. We also provided some gluten free food too 👌😋
