Despite coming back from an injury is out here putting in the hard work as a hybrid athlete.

He's here to show his clients how to improve on themselves in and out the gym.

When Aiden reached out he had a great idea to incorporate both aspects of his training into a video, needless to say we put him through his paces and he kept up whilst looking badass doing so 💪🏻

Reflection Moment:

Did I have a Britney moment again...possibly? The truth is 90% of my time off/spare time is spent working.

I love my life atm. That being said I'm currently working 50-60 hour weeks with work and freelance jobs. I practise and play in a wedding/bar band, go to the gym, spend time with friends/the other half and try to find time for myself.

Finding time to do all of this has had to result in me managing my time a lot better. This means getting up earlier to get work done before going to work, or working after work. Is it tiring...yes. Is it rewarding...very.

Saying I have no time is somewhat of an excuse. The people who I've drawn the most inspiration from are the ones who work the hardest and the ones who are there for me emotionally.

Trying to transition from a normal job to working for myself is tricky. Having to make sacrifices and calenderising my lifestyle otherwise I'll forget what I've planned be it for work or personal life has been a change.

There is light at the end of the tunnel and the people that I've met through live music photography, other photographers through social media, relationships in person through trips and in life you've all brought something positive that I've used to help mould a better version of myself.

So thank you for inspiring me, thank you for supporting us when we play, thank you for everyone's knowledge and thank you for your kind words that keep me going even when it is easier to give up ❤️

Well Dubai, you were amazing and we shall meet again soon! The main thing I took away from being there (apart from sunburn) was how to time manage.

If you don't allow yourself to both work and rest then you will either end up burning yourself out or doing nothing. It seems simple but sometimes it's the simpler things that are harder to do.

I don't tend to post Self Portraits as I like to stay behind the camera like most of us. However, I feel a bit of vulnerability is important.

Recently I took some time off to self reflect as I got to a point where I asked myself what am I doing? Trying to juggle a job, band, photography, gym, videography, spending time with loved ones and friends alongside trying to find time for myself can become too much.

I didn't figure it a cause for concern until I was allowed time to myself to process everything.

Life can pass quickly, each month rolls into the next. You turn down opportunities because you compare yourself to others instead of using it to learn and better yourself.

Not to sound narcissistic (more a message to my future self) from what I've discovered, not having time is an excuse as it's up to you how you manage it.

For myself it's easier to take it all day by day instead of trying to think too far ahead. I applaud those who can however, this is what works for my lifestyle and productivity.

Could I work harder...yes. Will I work harder...yes. The hardest part is not sacrificing everything else along the way but bringing them all along for the ride.

Once people see how important something is to you, they will support you.

Now the days are getting brighter it's easier to film during the day but alongside work the nights are where I do 50% of my work.

Trying something new as I'm going to be releasing photography/videography tips and tricks along with some give aways soon so practising with lighting to make it sexy.

With Lockdown easing up, we can finally start re living our lives. This makes me excited to announce my return to live music photography where one of my main passions lie.

It's been a long time coming after Covid and we're still not fully out of this yet but, there is now light at the end of the tunnel with gigs re opening and the live music scene returning to it's new normal.
