What do you want??
I have a meeting with Active Suffolk on Thursday about helping us set up a new group/class at the village hall. I have to go with ideas of what we may like. The village hall belongs to the people of Brantham, so throw me something you might like to see available. Bear in mind due to the hall already having a busy schedule, this will be a daytime activity.

This Thursday from 4-8
(Adults... this is just a small treat for the little ones of the village, comprising of a walk through the corridor, under and up onto the stage. Finishing with a shot of blood 😜 to drink and a sweet treat)

New Yoga class starting on Monday 8 January in Brantham Village Hall at 12 noon.
This class will be suitable for beginners as it will focus on flexibility, mobility and balance. If you’ve always wondered about trying yoga but think you wont be able to ‘get into those positions’ then come to my class - you’ll be amazed at what you can do and feel so much better. We’ll be doing breathwork (to calm our nervous system) meditation and relaxation as well as yoga moves to strengthen and tone our bodies.
