New Yoga class starting on Monday 8 January in Brantham Village Hall at 12 noon.
This class will be suitable for beginners as it will focus on flexibility, mobility and balance. If you’ve always wondered about trying yoga but think you wont be able to ‘get into those positions’ then come to my class - you’ll be amazed at what you can do and feel so much better. We’ll be doing breathwork (to calm our nervous system) meditation and relaxation as well as yoga moves to strengthen and tone our bodies.

Amy Joyce Pilates – a Physiotherapy led Pilates class

** Introductory offer – free class when booking the first block of 6 for £41.70**

Classes are mixed abilities focusing on strength, flexibility and balance in an environment that helps release stress and tension.

I have been a HCPC registered Physiotherapist for nearly 10years, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, and teaching APPI Pilates for the majority of this time

Classes run as 6 week blocks starting Monday 9th Jan at Brantham Village Hall, 7pm – 8pm
