!! From now on all your event information will be on an app called Trello. On this it will give you direct contact between us and yourself to get all the information we need in one place !!

We will be getting in contact soon with all bookings made to set this up all you need is to sign up to Trello and we will add you to the private card. So if you do have a booking made with us if you can sign up this will be very helpful.

We always get asked can your packages go outside.
Yes …. Any package can go outside location permitted. We’ve done many packages from a disco package at places like Robin Hood Activity Centre and 4th Mansfield Woodhouse scout hut for their firework displays to basic sound packages with mics for big crowds like when we did amber sub camp for MegaMoot at Walesby Forest. Get in contact now and see if we could move your package to a outdoor location

Happy new year. Hopefully this year is the one for events when it’s safe to do so.

2020

Changed our name to Rubik events.
Provided sound and light for birthday party’s
Provides sound for clap for key workers in Clipstone
Provided sound and light all day at a ve street party in Clipstone.
Used drones to capture the amazing spirit Clipstone had to offer on these events.

2021 hopefully get more events in for the community and surrounding areas to cater for your needs when it’s safe to do so.

This time last year we was finishing up Mansfield scout district St George’s day event and Robin Hood Activity Centre anniversary. Can we just go back and do it all again.

At Rubik Events we take safety seriously and that doesn’t change now during the current uncertainty regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).

Steps we are taking

We will be wiping equipment down after each use.

All deposits paid for events can be used on any booking within 6 months of lift of current measures.

Any bookings after the current measures are lifted we will contact you with regards to them still happening but for now everything is cancelled this year. This is just a safety precaution for our staff and clients. If this changes we will let you know.

Bookings for late this year and next year can still happen as we expect things to hopefully be back to normal again if this changes we will let you know.

Throwback to when we provided the evening entertainment for Mansfield and District Scouts St George’s day camp and celebrated Robin Hood Activity Centre 60th birthday. What a great weekend it was and hopefully We will see you all again soon. ⚜️
