Looking for 3 staff. A sous Chef, a breakfast chef and a kitchen porter at a Four star hotel in the heart of Nottingham.
Sous Chef to tun the kitchen in head chef absence able to create daily specials and contribute to future menu planning. Must be used to working with fresh ingredients.
Breakfast chef looking for a breakfast chef who will be able to run and controll the hotel busy breakfast shift as well as then help with setting up lunch and help with any meetings.
Kitchen porter required to wash up and do cleaning tasks as required and help maintain the cleaness of the kitchen.
