We have over 100 trios (cups, saucers, and side plates) which can be hired matching or mismatching. We also hire teapots, sandwich plates, cake stands, sugar bowls and milk pots. We also include in the package beautifu

l teacups of silk flowers and traditional fabric bunting. HOW DO I BOOK? After you have decided what you want to hire a 25% deposit will secure your date. This 25% deposit will then be deducted from your total payment. HOW CAN I PAY? We can either take payments through BACS (Bank transfer) or cash. WHEN DO WE HAVE TO PAY IN FULL BY? Final payment is taken 2 weeks before your occasion. If you make a late reservation and your occasion is within 2 weeks of booking, we do require full payment at that time. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the date and you will lose your deposit

DO YOU DELIVER? Yes, we do. Delivery and collection are free for hire of over £100. We do collection for under £100. We deliver up to 15 miles free. If over 15 miles, please message us for a quote. HOW LONG IS THE HIRE FOR? The hire cost includes 3 days hire (normally 1 day for delivery/collection and 1 day for the occasion itself. Extended periods can be quoted for a pro-rota rate. WHERE ARE YOU BASED? Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. DO WE NEED TO WASH UP? No! Washing up is included in the price. However, we would appreciate it if it were as clean as possible – i.e., cleared of dollops of jam and cream! We like to carefully check everything whilst washing up so that the next person to hire our packages receives it in good condition. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE BREAK SOMETHING? A breakage deposit is taken when you pay your final payment. The amount depends on how much you hire.

An inventory of items will be given to you on hire and missing items will be charged at the same rate as broken ones. When repacking the crockery in the packaging provided, please be careful not to overpack too tightly to avoid breakages.
