Is anyone else soooo over January already? I know I am I'm craving getting my fingers in the compost and starting gardening again - so I've ordered some hardy prims and a selection of bulbs and I'll be making some lovely colourful pots over the next few days. These beauties are so tough they can freeze solid under inches of snow and and soon as it thaws they shake it off and shine bright!!! We LOVE Easter wreath making at Wild Jasmine florist and flower school and are sooo excited (almost as excited as the Easter Bunny) to offer our very FIRST Easter Wreath Making with Seasonal Lunch event at the beautiful Rufford Mill Wedding & Event Venue 13th April 2025.

Big changes afoot for 2025!!
As you all know I LOVE teaching my classes. I LOVE creating designs for your weddings. And I love making bouquets and arrangements for special occasions and to go on sale at our lovely shop. The problem is I only have one pair of hands and so many hours in the day soooo I've made the decision this year to focus mainly on workshops and weddings.
I will still make up those special orders for you BUT I'm only going to do these on an order only basis and ask for at least 48hrs notice please. So if your thinking of coming to me for Valentines gifts, Mothers Day, Birthdays or other celebrations please get your orders in by messaging me or using our watsapp or email service on the website. I hate to disappoint anyone but determined to improve my work/life balance for 2025 ###

Just looking at our Facebook stats and I'd say this engagement graph perfectly reflects our actual client base. Whilst we welcome everyone of any demographic to our classes at Wild Jasmine, when I started the school I really wanted to make this a great place for like minded, more 'mature' people to feel comfortable coming together to learn new skills Much as I enjoy being around young people the last thing I wanted to do when I retrained (aged pretty mature) was sit in a college classroom with a bunch of school leavers. So thanks for the insight Facebook - this has made me feel like mission accomplished and hopefully will keep on accomplishing for many years to come - love you all and thanks for the joy you all bring to my life every time you walk through those doors xx
