PARTY FAQs

📖 Bookings-
Bookings are now open between 29th July until 6th December 2023.
This depends on our availability.
Parties must be held during ours and the four season centres opening hours (generally 9-5 mon-sat 10-4 sun)
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 25% once this is paid your party is confirmed.
Our Bookings diary is at the shop so any booking enquiries can only be answered during our shops opening hours.
💸 Deposits and payments-
Deposits can be paid via online invoice or in the shop. The remaining balance would be payable on the party day via cash please.
Deposits are only refundable if we cancel, change or amend your booking due to unforseen circumstances, if no agreement can be reached for rescheduling.
⏰️ Timings
Timings are approximate as some groups can be quicker than others but this is the maximum time allocated. This enables us to potentially take more than one party per day. Please only turn up a maximum of 10 mins before your party start time unless you are bring food in this case we allow for 20 mins to set up foods.
🌭 Food
We do plan eventually to offer a food service but as this would involve a lot of planning and council authorisation we have decided for now until we get everything in place to operate a "bring your own food" scenario. We will have a separate area for you to put your food. We of course have access to ample hand washing & hot and cold water facilities and waste disposal.
Any food breaks must be incorporated into your allocated time so we recommend this only really with the GOLD package as we have built in a 20 min "lunch break" into this package.
👨👩👧👦 Party Size
Minimum party size is 8 persons. We can accommodate smaller parties but the pricing would be based on the minimum of 8 persons. We have space to accommodate a limited amount of parents etc but this will be limited dependant on the size of the party. We can advise on this upon booking.
📢 Rules
A comprehensive set of T & Cs must be signed prior to booking your party mainly to ensure health & safety.
All parents must sign consent forms prior to the party. We will provide these to you for parents to sign.
We reserve the right to change any of these T &Cs at any time without prior warning.
