Liberty’s Function Suite Costs

The prices are set out below, however we bespoke the event to what you would like so this is a rough guide

Bronze
£1000includes Room Hire, Disco, Buffet 1, Crisp wall. Silver
£1200 includes Room Hire, Disco or Karaoke, Buffet 2, Crisp Wall & Table Linen for 50 guests.
£6 per head for each additional guest

. Gold
£1400 includes Room Hire, Disco or Karaoke, Buffet 3, Crisp Wall, Sweet Cart & Table Linen for 50 guests, Chair Covers and bands
£10 per head for each additional guest

Silent Disco Hire
£350 for 50 guests £5 extra for each additional headset

OR

Room Hire
£275 or £375 if using own catering or Free of Charge if one of our inclusive packages is selected. Buffet’s
Basic Buffet 1 £8.00 per head
Buffet 2 £10.50 per head
Buffet £12.50 per head
Own Catering is permitted subject to the additional £100 room hire charge

Table Linen
Chair Covers £1 each
Chair Sashes 50p each
Table linen £30 or free if chair covers required

If own table decorations and linen are used these must be cleared and taken away on the evening of the party

Disco
Disco Hire £225 or £275 Disco & Karaoke

Sweet Cart £125 with Buffet £150 without Buffet

Table Decorations upon request, table confetti are not permitted

You can supply your own DISCO if they are fully compliant with all required PAT testing etc
