Everybody is invited to view a collection of images created to show how mental health feels. Maybe it will start your self work, a conversation or make you realise you're not alone.

The collection will be at Mansfield Museum from 25th February - 25th March and then it is going on tour. More info to be announced.

The incredible Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure are performing and fundraising on the opening day of the exhibition. No ticket needed. Free entry. Come and go as you please.

The gallery will be open within Museum opening times so please check times before visiting.

I wouldn't have been able to bring this project together without the wonderful help of Kirsty at the museum, the sponsors, models and of course friends and family who support my crazy big ideas every time. I feel the energy behind this is the best a project has ever been. It's helped! It's been an awesome process for sure. People I have known for years explaining why they have got involved. Everybody is going through something. We need to prioritise our own self care. You can't pour from an empty cup!
