I just wanted to share this beautiful email and pictures from one of the teachers from the Parkgate Academy,what a wonderful day with these amazing children with hearts of gold 🩷excited about the thought of being able to lay their stunning poppy arrangements at the foot of the Cenotaph in Ollerton this Sunday 🩷

Good afternoon Jayne,

May I say a thank you as big as Ollerton and Edwinstowe put together for all of your kindness yesterday. You really did give us the Red Carpet treatment.

By sharing your florestry skills, you brought so much enjoyment, knowledge and interest to the Craft-Workshop..

The Junior Town Councillors are so very proud of the poppy arrangements and plans are well in had to lay these at the foot of the cenotaph this Sunday in Ollerton Village. In addition, photos of the activity are to appear on the 'big screen' in assembly this Friday. Added to this, the photos are on the Parkgate Academy Twitter account.

A never-ending thank you for such a fantastic activity. The children thoroughly enjoyed attending the Flower Room..................and the Celebrations went down very well too!

Finally, parents have given permission for the attached photos to appear on your Twitter account/website.
