Now I know this may seem obvious! But the reason for this post is because we had the sweetest 89 year old on the telephone wanting to order flowers for a local delivery for a friend of hers. 👵🏼💐

The lady is question lived in Essex and she was so grateful that her local florist had kindly looked us up on the internet and given her our number.
.
She’d tried on her own previous to this, phoned some other companies (who sell other things as well as “flowers” ….. I’ll just leave that there)
She said “I spoke to a man who might as well have been on the moon “ 🌚🌝

She told us about her friend, spent a while having a chat and again said how wonderful it was she found us . She rang back to change the card message and then says she has another friend whose birthday is in April . She’ll be back.👏🏻

This is what we are about, the personal service, just having a few minutes with an 89 yr old lady who perhaps won’t talk to anyone else that day. 🥺
