We recently delivered a trailer load of our best organic cow muck to chef Scotty and the kitchen team at Edgbaston Stadium to help fertilise their kitchen garden.
The garden provides a wealth of produce for match days, but also ensures the chefs at the stadium have access to fruit and vegetables without leaving the stadium.
Last year’s growing list included cabbages, peas, beetroot, courgettes, mong tout, sorrel, baby gem lettuce, white and red strawberries and much more.

The Jump racing season has returned to Cheltenham Racecourse! 🏇
After the summer break the season is being kick started with The Showcase. Yesterday was a great day and today is even better!
We’ve got delicious hot food on offer to keep race goers toasty and warm as they spectate! Sausages baps, hog roast, pasture-fed beef brisket and sausage rolls- all made in our butchery and bakery at the farm @fordhallfarmshop
We even have a vegan hog-less roast!

We’ve had another great year catering at Edgbaston. We absolutely love this venue! 🏏

We’re at Shrewsbury Flower Show and the sun is shining. To make it the perfect day we’ve just had a spot inspection from the Food Standards Agency and have been re-certified with a Food Hygiene Rating of FIVE stars again!

These are the guys who prepare all our meat and sausage rolls in the butchery and bakery for Fordhall Farm Events as well as for their own farm shop.
