NO BINGO UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!

There will be no village hall bingo night tomorrow or the foreseeable future.

Our Monday bingo night has been a popular event attracting many regular local residents from Nettleton and Caistor and beyond. And it has raised a huge amount of funds for the village church and chapel.

It's success over several years now has been down to the huge effort and commitment of organisers John and Doris Connolly. However the time has come for them to take a well earned break and call it a day.

They would really like to talk to anyone interested in taking over and continuing to keep such a popular fundraising event going. There may be the chance for John to continue to do the bingo calling every month, but at this point they really need to speak to anyone who might be able to take over the monthly organisation including the gathering of prizes etc.

Join us later this week for the Nettleton Village Hall Kids Club’s Summer Pantomime – 7 Toys for 7 Princesses!

A fun-filled show for all the family, packed with laughter, music, and pantomime magic. The bar will be open, and don’t miss our huge raffle with loads of fantastic prizes to be won!

Please come show your support for all our amazing kids. They have worked really hard all summer holidays to put on a fantastic show, just for you.

Join us for a fun-filled Fundraising Quiz Night at Nettleton Village Hall on Friday, 12 September!

Gather your friends, test your knowledge, and enjoy a lively evening of friendly competition while supporting a great cause.

Doors open at 6pm, with the quiz kicking off at 7pm. Tickets are only £5 per person and include light refreshments - but they must be booked in advance.

Teams of up to six are welcome or if you want to join a team let us know and we'll do what we can to help.

There will be prizes for the winners plus a raffle on the night.

Come along for laughter, community spirit, and the chance to prove your quiz champion credentials!

Pilates Routine Reboot Series!

Pilates on the Wolds are bringing another fantastic series of 6 weekly sessions to Nettleton Village Hall, on Wednesdays 6pm and 7.15pm starting 3rd September.

Very excitingly there is some availability coming up over the next 6 weeks for our Monday morning Stretch & Strengthen Pilates class due some regulars having to dip out in the summer because of childcare.

This is your sign to pop along and give it a go! This class is usually fully booked so grab a spare spot whilst you can. Beginners welcome.

Nettleton Flower & Produce Show 2025

If you're a resident of Nettleton, Moortown and Normanby Le Wold you'll have hopefully received your schedule for one of our most popular annual events by now. But If not, they can be downloaded from the village hall website https://www.nettletonvillagehall.com/

As always, there's a large variety of classes to enter including flowers & plants, fruit & veg, preserves, baking & craft.

We'd love to see more children get involved this year two with either the model making, baking and jewellery making.
