EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are a busy full service events and venue finding agency based in Marlow, working across multiple sectors including retail, IT communications and business telecommunications, delivering creative conferences and bespoke solutions to clients across the UK. We are now looking for administrative support across our business.
We are currently a team of 3 and share our office with our sister production company, so you will be working as part of a close-knit team giving you a great opportunity to be involved in every aspect of our business.
THE ROLE
This full time role will be supporting both directors in every aspect of the company, your responsibilities will include:
*Compiling venue documentation and proposals for clients
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers and delegates
*Book travel as needed for events and site visits
*Compiling and binding of event books pre-event
*Create and manage supplier and client database
*Coordinating complex schedules & rooming information
*Organising and keeping up to date PA kit for onsite
*Managing office and stationery supplies
*Screen incoming calls and greet visitors
*Manage the post and file as needed
*Make tea/coffee for team and visitors as needed
THE CANDIDATE
In order to be considered for this role, you must be efficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint with good communication and customer service skills, allowing you to confidently deal with clients and queries. Attention to detail and the ability to self motivate is a must! Whilst this role is office based there may be occasions when you are required to go onsite to support at events! This may suit a parent returning to work as school hours and some flexibility around term holidays would be considered. We are a fun company with a relaxed approach and are looking for someone to compliment our team!
