As we’re about to book for another fantastic event, we look back at another event we ran in September for eGain!

The first day consisted of setting up and an evening networking dinner for 150 guests. We then went into the live event day where 500 delegates enjoyed an insightful conference and a host of exhibition stands and break out sessions. To wrap up the live day guests enjoy networking drinks and bowl food.

eGain love the Brewery so much that they then utilised the Grub Street Author exclusively for an internal conference.

Another fantastic event for our lovely client Quantexa. Hosted at 300 delegates enjoyed an insightful conference, followed by networking over client own beer and catering by . Thank you for supplying and branding a wonderful tricycle to dispense the clients beers!

Lovely to work with our sister company once again .co.uk providing full staging, AV, production, demo pods along with assisting on motion graphics for the presentation.

EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are a busy full service events and venue finding agency based in Marlow, working across multiple sectors including retail, IT communications and business telecommunications, delivering creative conferences and bespoke solutions to clients across the UK. We are now looking for administrative support across our business.

We are currently a team of 3 and share our office with our sister production company, so you will be working as part of a close-knit team giving you a great opportunity to be involved in every aspect of our business.

THE ROLE
This full time role will be supporting both directors in every aspect of the company, your responsibilities will include:
*Compiling venue documentation and proposals for clients
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers and delegates
*Book travel as needed for events and site visits
*Compiling and binding of event books pre-event
*Create and manage supplier and client database
*Coordinating complex schedules & rooming information
*Organising and keeping up to date PA kit for onsite
*Managing office and stationery supplies
*Screen incoming calls and greet visitors
*Manage the post and file as needed
*Make tea/coffee for team and visitors as needed

THE CANDIDATE
In order to be considered for this role, you must be efficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint with good communication and customer service skills, allowing you to confidently deal with clients and queries. Attention to detail and the ability to self motivate is a must! Whilst this role is office based there may be occasions when you are required to go onsite to support at events! This may suit a parent returning to work as school hours and some flexibility around term holidays would be considered. We are a fun company with a relaxed approach and are looking for someone to compliment our team!

We understand that the difficulties of the pandemic has really set our industry back providing us all with a difficult path to navigate.
have really navigated this path well by using the time invest in their venues to make them ready to hit the ground running as soon as they are able.
With renovations to not just one, or two but nine of their collection as well as new inspired meeting packages featuring Alexa smart speakers, meeting room mini bars, innovative dining concepts and even a mini golf putter to help keep those minds active during long days they really have thought of it all.
We were so impressed after the meeting with our sales rep and have every confidence that delegates and clients will be well looked after at any of their 19 venues!
