We now have a range of Hybrid power solutions designed to be both practical and help productions significantly reduce CO2
levels.

A 45/75 battery storage system offering 90kW of peak power can be paired with a generator to offer a very quiet and fuel efficient way of delivering power. This can be programmed to recharge at convenient times which can be very usefull if you want it to go all through the night silently!

A 60/24 Hybid generator is an all in one machine that has a traditional 60k generator on board but also 24kW of battery power which can be deployed in a multitude of ways, be that to run silently when demand is low or to assist the generator when the loads increase. We feel this is an ideal machine to run a catering set up who can be very power hungry when cooking but need very little overnight when just running fridges etc.

On Location Hire is one of the leading suppliers of specialist equipment to the TV and Film Industry. We are a family business that has enjoyed many years of consistent growth and we now need to recruit two additional drivers to help us deliver and collect equipment to film studios and locations, primarily in London and the South-East.

We’d love to talk to you if you have a C1+E entitlement (or better) on your driving licence, experience of towing a trailer and hold a current CPC card. You’ll need to be honest and trustworthy of course, be able to lift heavy equipment when required and ideally have good customer communication skills.

Previous experience in the film industry would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
