Hello from the Petsman and all the animals here at Animal Encounters - the Petsman
Just to let you all know we are now taking bookings for 2025, so if your a care home, school, organising an event, having a children's party, scouts, cubs, brownies etc and want something different give us a call, or email [email protected]
We also work with children with SEN. Its amazing to see how relaxed the children are with the animals, and the calming effect the animals have. We can even do one to one sessions if they would prefer.
We would like to wish you all a happy Christmas and hopefully meet many of you in the new year.

We had The Petsman come to my Son's 7th birthday party today. The children all had a great time learning about the different animals and handling them. We couldn't recommend Geoff more it was a great experience for the children!

Really easy booking process from start to finish. I thought it was really great value. Geoff was brilliant with the kids, and they all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

The range of animals was brilliant, they were all so tame and well cared for and Geoff's animal knowledge and excellent. He was good with children and adults and clearly loves what he does. I would totally recommend Pet Encounters to anyone who wants an animal experience at their event.

Geoff was by far the most popular “station” at our summer fete. The animals were amazing and Geoff was fabulous with the children. Loved every moment-thank you!

Geoff was great with the kids and kept them entertained and made sure everyone had a turn holding the animals. There was an interesting variety of animals- something for everyone! Highly recommend

As some of you may be aware on Friday 2nd February 19.12 my car was hit by another car with a very drunk female driver, driving at speed and not even attempting to brake. She managed to push my stationary car quite a distance down the road from where it was parked, and caused a lot of damage to both cars. The only good thing was no one was hurt, she could have quite easily hit someone on the pavement, on coming vehicles and even cars on the roundabout, if my car didn't stop her. (Doesn't help me though)

So people please DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.

I would also like to thank the neighbour that was taking pictures of my car at around 11pm. But I won't need any copies as I've already taken plenty of photos myself

So please all drive carefully and please don't drink and drive.
